It's not as complicated as it looks. I took it from ProSmart sports. The devil is in the details below. Pucks need to be where the station numbers are. There are 4 stations. Approximately 10 pucks per station. STATION #1: Crossovers Below you'll find station #1. In this exercise, you'll be starting in the corner with a puck. Skate around the circles finally shooting on the goalie. STATION #2: Turns Below you'll find station #2. In this exercise, you'll be starting close to the offside face off dot. With a puck, you'll go around the 10 pylons ending back to where you started. STATION #3: Back & forth transition Below you'll find station #3. In this exercise, you'll be starting in the corner. With a puck, skate up to the pylon and transition (not stop) to a backward skate. STATION #4: Starting and Stopping
Below you'll find station #4. In this exercise, you'll be starting in a corner with a puck. Skate to the bottom of the circle and stop. Follow the pictures to see where you need to stop. With the final stop at the blue line in the middle of the ice, take your puck and shoot at the goalie.
