As always, our resident photographer #14 for always taking pictures. Even if he's not playing, he's there. Talk about being a team player on and off the ice.
Speaking of being a team player off the ice. All the guys on the team have been having a blast. We communicate off the ice, we joke around and we poke fun at each other. What a great team. They're always helping another improve by giving tips and always smiling. That's how it should be. Poor #52 is still out with his arm/elbow injury. We need him on the ice as well as off the ice. I know he's itching to play but I keep telling him that having him not play for a while is better than not having him play forever. Time heals all. Take that time. Hockey will be here. Fun hockey will always be from the heart. #16 is probably out for the rest of the year. Torn MCL or ACL or both. I can't remember anymore but he's a soldier too. Keep your head up dude. #17 is pregnant and is itching to get on the ice. Of course we don't allow her to (not like it's much of a fight, she understands her circumstances) but she's still itching to lace up. #95 the prick is enjoying being a bum in Asia somewhere. Last it was Thailand. He doesn't check in as much any more but I just checked in with him. He did say that he'd trade it for some ice time. These are just some of the guys (and girl) that we have a pleasure to call our team mate. Each and everyone of them contribute in their own way. Thanks for a great team boys (and girl). Soon we will have a manager of some sort to constantly take care of ice bookings, calendar updates, Japanese contacts, game recording and liaison with other teams. This will take a huge burden off my shoulders and will allow me to communicate to the other teams much more effectively. Thanks girl. You rock. I'll have to get a picture of you for hte website.
