While talking with I.K., he was telling me that he was doing some off ice training and that's why sprained his foot. It got me thinking. I've seen many videos of off ice training for players but never really looked into goalies.
I did some research with I.K. and found this particular video. It seems to be pretty good as it doesn't require a lot of extra things.
I personally use the Green Biscuit. I also tape an actual hockey puck to my street hockey stick for added weight. What do you do?
