Our very first game.

Yesterday was our very first game. What intensity. Here are the lines

Out of all our players, 8 of us were playing back to back games from Osu club. We were tired but we all had fun. Please stop by our gallery to see everyone's face. Smiles all around. We have a bunch of hockey nuts playing their hearts out. I was really pleased at how everyone played and how they enjoyed themselves. I even saw the other captain smiling when big KUMA laid him out. 

We won 7-4. JO got a hat trick. PD got one (even though he had a broken blade on his skate). Of course JH got a goal here & there but I wasn't really keeping an eye out for that. I was keeping an eye out for fun. 

JH got checked in the face and flipped. He had every right to. I felt bad taking the entire line off but I needed him to cool down. I'm thankful that he understood and he even told me that he was thankful I did that. I hope I did the right thing. 

All in all, it was a great game. We played well and we had lots of fun. That was my goal for the night. FUN. That's how hockey should be.
