Great turnout. Decently paced. Decent body play. I thought the practice was a little tame as there were no break out drills, just some 1 on 1 and 2 on 2 plays. I didn't want to overwhelm #66 Smiley. He did quite well for his first time. He enjoyed it despite it being extremely difficult. I hope this sheds a new light for him as a defenseman. Hope to see you on the ice again as a goalie #66 Smiley.
Thank you as always for the participation and I hope more people contact us when attending. It really helps when deciding what drills to run! On a side note, poor #44 Ohsumi. He got a nice puck to the face. Maybe it's time I put on a cage instead of a visor. It was pretty bad. He wouldn't stop bleeding. I hope he goes to the hospital, stubborn man he is. He didn't want to go!
