Usage:
Approximately 1.5 years, 2-3 times a week Specs: Reebok 20k SicKick4: Grip/Dual grip, Intermediate, Crosby P87A curve, 60 Flex, 27kp Modifications: Cut down about 2 inches (If I recall correctly) Appearance and Design: When I first purchased this (both the grip & dual grip) twig, there wasn't anything fantastic about the design. It seemed very basic. The grip was nice, and the dual grip was pretty cool. I noticed my hand sliding down the shaft of the stick much easier and when I needed to grip, the grip was there. Balance and feel: It didn't feel heavy on either end. It really felt balanced. From a top end stick, this should be expected. Feeling the puck on the ice was pretty good too. I felt more control on the front of the blade but didn't have as much control on the back of the blade. Passing felt great, I could always tell when I've let a good pass go or if I've done something wrong with my passes. Cons: This was a very expensive stick. When it first came out it was $249.99. I got it shipped to Japan for that price. I picked it up from eBay for $199.99. The stick gets "whipy" really quickly. Probably in the first 4 months, I felt it getting whipy and it was harder to receive hard passes. The graphics and stickers came off extremely easily negating the grip/dual grip finish. Overall impression: Overall this was a good solid stick but not for the price, I didn't think it was worth that high a price tag.
